Each year ACCESS organizes the Livelihoods India Summit, a national level convening dedicated to fostering dialogues and discussions for sustainable livelihoods promotion. Across two days, the Summit brings together over 500 delegates and 100 thought leaders to delve into the most pressing themes that impede and afﬂict the livelihoods of those living in poverty. Through a series of sessions styled as panel discussions, ﬁreside chats and TED style talk, the Summit discourse sweeps across sub-sectors to locate the optimum opportunities and options for communities facing poverty in a real-world situation.

The Summit presents a unique experience for the participants from a diverse array of themes while also presenting a ground for the release of cutting-edge research and knowledge products further enhancing collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Livelihoods India Summit

Now in its 16th year of execution, the Livelihoods India Summit 2025 will be held on December 03-04, 2025. This is a unique platform established to facilitate a dialogue on impacting livelihoods of the poor. Wide ranging discussions will be held on themes, including discussions on inclusive value chains, technology infusion for livelihoods enhancement, women enterprises, climate change impact on livelihoods and other themes influencing the poor. The Summit enables diverse stakeholders to meet and share experiences and breakthroughs, discuss issues and challenges that the poor face and build consensus on strategies that will help in strengthening the enabling environment and deliver sustainable outcomes. The Summit will see more than 500 delegates participate in sessions across two days. There will be over 100 eminent thought leaders and sector specialists from the region speaking in various panels.
